This Privacy Policy explains how Hillside Fitness Stamford LLC d/b/a Cycle x Strength ("Cycle x Strength," "we," "us") handles personal information. It applies to our website, the Cycle x Strength app, our registration and studio forms, and the classes and services we provide at our studio at 1010 High Ridge Road, Stamford, CT 06905.

Information you give us, such as:

• Our Xplor registration form collects name, email, phone, birthday, how the customer heard about us, cycling/strength interests, marketing email/text consent selections. Submitting the form creates your customer profile in Mariana Tek. We also collect profile details you provide or update in your account.
• Reservation, attendance and waitlist history.
• Purchase and membership records, such as the products you buy, credits, renewals, freezes and cancellations.
• Messages you send us by email, text, phone or our Google Forms (for example cancellation, freeze, credit-extension, event, donation and job forms).
• Waiver and agreement acceptances recorded when you register or purchase.

Purchase and payment information: purchases are processed through Mariana Tek and its payment providers. Information used to administer purchases may include transaction records, payment status and billing details.

Information collected automatically: when you use the website or app, our providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device type, and pages or screens used. See Cookies and similar technologies below.

The Cycle x Strength app offers an optional connection to Apple Health on iOS and Health Connect on Android. When you grant permission, the app reads heart rate and active calorie data to display workout metrics to you on your device.

These health values are processed and displayed on your device only. They are not sent to Mariana Tek or Cycle x Strength, are not included in analytics, and cannot be viewed by studio staff.

You can revoke the app’s access to Apple Health or Health Connect at any time through the relevant settings on your device.

If you provide health information directly to Cycle x Strength, such as information supporting a medical freeze request, that information is separate from the device-only metrics described above and is handled under this policy’s applicable use, sharing and retention provisions.

• To create and manage your account and profile.
• To take class reservations, track attendance and manage waitlists.
• To process purchases and administer memberships, class packs and credits.
• To answer questions and provide customer support.
• To send operational messages about your account, reservations and purchases.
• To send promotional messages where you have chosen to receive them.
• To keep the studio safe, prevent misuse, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To understand how our services are used and improve them.

We use service providers to run our business. They process information on our behalf for the purposes below and under their own privacy terms.

• Mariana Tek (part of Xplor): our scheduling, booking, purchase, account and app platform. The schedule, purchase and account sections of our website and the Cycle x Strength app run on Mariana Tek. Our registration form is hosted by Xplor and creates your customer profile in Mariana Tek when you submit it.
• Stripe: payment processing for card transactions made through Mariana Tek.
• LoyalSnap: customer communications.
• Google: Google Forms for studio requests, and Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces on our website.
• Email, text and phone services we use to communicate with you.
• Website hosting and technical providers.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect the rights, safety and property of our members, staff or others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Our website uses Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited and how the site is found. Through Google Tag Manager, our website also uses a Google Ads tag to measure the results of our Google advertising, such as visits that follow an ad. These Google tools set cookies and use similar identifiers, and Google receives information such as the pages you view, your browser or device details and your IP address. Our website tells Google not to use this information for personalized advertising. Google still receives measurement data when these tags run, and handles it under Google's own policies. This optional tracking stays blocked until you select "Accept All" on our cookie consent banner. If you select "Reject Optional," optional analytics and advertising cookies are not set and these Google tags do not load.

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer. Choosing to withdraw consent stops optional tracking going forward. Your choice does not affect access to the schedule, booking or your account.

Our booking provider's scripts load on our pages so the schedule, purchase and account tools work, and those tools may use cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in and remember your choices. Mariana Tek shows its own cookie notice inside its booking tools; that notice and its controls are separate from our website's optional tracking and cover those tools, not the whole website.

Our website also loads fonts from Google and links to outside services such as Google Maps, the App Store, Google Play and our social media pages, which have their own policies when you visit them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some booking and account features may not work if you do.

Operational messages relate to your account, reservations, waitlists, purchases and studio updates that affect your classes. We send these as needed to provide our services.

Promotional messages are offers and news. We send them only where you have chosen to receive them. Giving us your phone number, creating an account or using our website does not by itself mean you agree to promotional texts.

Offer inquiries: if you text NEWMEMBER to 203-617-1264, we will reply with information about our new-client offers. Texting the keyword is a request for that information, not a sign-up for ongoing marketing.

To request that promotional emails or texts stop, contact us at stamford@cycleandstrength.com or 203-617-1264. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services. After that, we keep records only as long as reasonably needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute-resolution and recordkeeping purposes, and then delete or de-identify them where practical.

Health metrics accessed through Apple Health or Health Connect are read on your device, displayed to you and then discarded. The Cycle x Strength app does not store or retain these values, and neither Cycle x Strength nor Mariana Tek receives or retains them through this integration. This does not delete the original records held in Apple Health or Health Connect.

This health-metrics statement applies only to the Apple Health and Health Connect integration. Account, booking, purchase, membership, waiver and customer-service records, including health information you send us directly, are kept as described above.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or make other requests available to you under applicable law, by emailing stamford@cycleandstrength.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

To request deletion of your Cycle x Strength account, including an account used in our app, email stamford@cycleandstrength.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion." The studio will review your request and may need to verify your identity.

Deleting an account is different from freezing a membership or cancelling a membership. Some records, such as purchase, payment and waiver records, may be kept after deletion where needed for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us so the studio can review the concern.

We and our providers use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with its revision date.
